Quantum Energy Cell V.1 Test

This is the first quantum energy cell concept model being tested. Now that the test has been considered a success in just performing on the idea of energy generation without any external energy generating asset, the next move is to create a better version that produces more energy/voltage. The goal is for the cell to generate enough voltage without being connected to anything and then to increase the voltage by way of the infinite energy generator and equation. We are now entering phase II which is upgrading the model. Though it may not seem like much, this cell is a completely new concept cell/battery, and for it to be doing anything when it was expected to do nothing is a feat in itself.
