One of the key differences that sets us apart as an architectural firm/construction company, is that not only are we a hybrid company merging two disciplines, that usually act as separate entities when it comes to the initial design process, but the entire design process from start to finish involves us using a completely different method than the standard "Rinse and Repeat Design Method". In traditional architecture and construction we've seen an error in design which ends up causing problems in the future.

85% of all projects that are currently built tend to have the small flaw of not accounting for "Murphy's Law". Most structures are built with the hope that it will be still standing in 30 years, without ever actually accounting for unforeseen variables. The easiest way to find this flaw is to observe the quality of the building and the feedback from the client. If a client has to renovate their home or business within 8 years of the structure's life then the design wasn't built to last. After 8 years you can start to see that environment will start to destroy the building because the building wasn't built correctly design wise. Another way you can notice this flaw is by observing the destruction of structures. If one small variable causes the entire structure to fall, then there was a design error of not accounting for "Life". Our level of construction and design looks to "The Pyramids Of Giza" as a frame of reference, then we build off of those fundamentals and have created our own perfected modern design. This is simply due to the fact that the pyramids still stand today, only recently starting the deterioration process, while 98% of other architectural projects today can't attest to the same claim or come close.

When most people hear "design process" they think of how the building will look. At our company we start with the construction of the foundational materials, making sure that they're universally acceptable by any environment, self-healing, and are built to withstand "Murphy's Law". We have actually created a specialized blueprint for all of our projects to where not only are our buildings built to stand the test of time, but they're also built out of the best, most efficient, most versatile, and most customizable hybrid material ever constructed. Another facet of this specific design structure is that it can be produced in abundance.

Another flaw we have noticed when it comes to design in any structure that is standing today is that "private spaces" such as bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. are designed smaller and even inconvenient to the client while "public spaces" are built as if the project was designed for visitors first then the client. This major flaw is actually seen across all current structures in existence today but tends to be treated as if it's normal and fine. We however are not "rinsing and repeating" design concepts or ideas, which is why we have created our specialized blueprint. We also build all of our projects with the new innovations from the main organization in mind, so all clients can expect to be the firsts to experience "New Era Living", where their homes and businesses come already equipped with the advancements to handle converting from traditional energy sources to the new infinite self-sufficient energy source.
